Really looking forward to this! My paperback of Weathering is ordered and I’ve got a lovely limestone grey notebook ready to journal in 🤍

Ooooh perfect :) My current is limestone grey too...well a little darker actually...and has a rhino on the front (!) but in some ways it feels like it's embodying the same thing haha. So glad you'll be following along xx

I'm late to the party, but enthusiastic about it nonetheless. This will be my second reading and I am delighted to explore more slowly and in depth alongside you. I have been intentionally slowing down in various areas of my life and to be able to do so with reading and writing... What a gift!

Happened upon this today and had to immediately become a paid member. I discovered your work through my professor while working on my dissertation based on human-nature relationships. So excited for this slow read!!

Im looking forward to the read a second time through! Also, I would love to order the zine 2. I live in the US. It looks like you’re only delivering in the UK. Just making sure. Do you send US? Thanks!

I’m really looking forward to this! I first listened to the audiobook last year, and enjoyed it so much I knew I wanted to buy and re-read the paper book - it’s different isn’t it!? So buying the book, then subscribing here and finding out about this read-along feels really serendipitous.

Aww this is great! Thank you so much. I am so honoured that have listened and will also read. I agree, it is different. Both bring something different I think! Rx

This is brilliant! My friend gave me a copy of Weathering last year. I enthusiastically read a few chapters, then ADHD took over and I got distracted. A slow read with others sounds like the perfect way to enjoy it, thank you!

So much in this weeks read that helped me. It’s silly as im 68 and am retired now but still running the old mono myths. I moved away from home young and was considered the black sheep!! All my adult life I have lived with the stories of not being good enough for my family and their behaviour evidenced their rejection of me. These old stories have and are still dragging me down. I have an annual visit to the family coming up and once more the feeling of rejection is strong as they don’t make me feel welcome. I do not want to be the victim here any more and want to rewrite the story. I am enjoying everything about this slow read and learning so much. Thank you Ruth xx
